07 CR9080 Workshop Manual

Hello one and all,

Just a quick one to see where I might be able to find a workshop manual for a 07 New Holland CR9080? If not don't worry - have a bearing gone on the straw elevator and people have suggested that where it is it is easier to remove the trunk to access it.

How did you guess? Yes the bearing on the drive for the elevator.

I am afraid it is straw elavator off then. It's not as bad as job as it sounds use 3 point linkage of a tractor to get it off.

That's what we were planning. Doesn't look too bad! Have disconnected the belt drive and hydraulics, electrics etc already. Just got to get the pins out then.

There are 2 sperical bearings might be worth doing them both while you have it off, NH part number is 87658946. (Obviously you can get the bearings elsewhere as well)
There are also 3protection strips that you may want to change while you are in there APH have them in stock they are part number 84482718.

Thanks Joseph. We did enquire at our dealership about the bearing and they said that new Holland only supplied it with the housing too at a cost of £550 odd,hence us looking into it first. I have found the bearings on the exploded parts diagram. But your help is very much appreciated. Thanks again

The bearings should be no more than £110 each.
