Hello, I am planning to grow saffron on perhaps a 2 acre site in South Wales, and would like to rent a field in or around the Newport or Cardiff areas for initially maybe 4 or 5 years. If you are interested in helping me out, please reply. The ground doesn't have to be hugely fertile, stoney ground is ok, clay however is no good and the field needs to drain fairly well. Cheers.
