Reading the August Classic Tractor today, I see John Deere’s collapse is almost complete with Fendt and Valtra top sellers[emoji106]

Oh no hang on that’s not right[emoji33]

Normal service for Deere at the top then.
Agco might be scratching their head a bit.
Case IH must be happy.
Yes I know they’re not official numbers but they never seem far out when the real numbers are revealed.

Deere are top because they have an excellent dealer network, good solid tractors and are a nice place to spend the day...…..that's the positives over...……………..they've lost their charisma!! 6R just looks functional with NO flare whatsoever, 7R looks too square and heavy and numb, 8R pick of the bunch or at least it is until the new style monstrousity replacing it gets released:eek:...…….Have you seen the forthcoming super groovy Fendt 900 series?? Jeesh they really will wipe the floor with Deere when these two heavyweights hit the market next year.

And before anyone says stylish looks mean nothing just look at Valtra, everyone knew they were good and highly reliable before the new ranges were released in 2015 but they looked boring and sales never took off!! Now their the most handsome kid on the block and sales of Ns and Ts are sky rocketing;)...………. coincidence? Nope. Image counts.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
