If I in charge Chris I would send out entry forms for this year as per normal and if it cant go ahead then roll it over to 2021 with 2019's qualifiers ploughing

This year's forms were emailed out in February, I filled mine in and sent off before the AGM

Not had any forms here, and there were still qualy matches yet to be held for this years match due to cancellations in the Autumn
