225 Twin wall pipe chamber

I am laying a 250 mtr twin wall drain pipe, it has one bend at 45degrees where I want to put an inspection chamber, I can't seem to find a suitable diameter base and riser, any suggestions greatly appreciated.

A length of larger diameter twinwall stood upright with holes cut in the side? That's what we do, although we're usually connecting 100mm land drainage coil and 150 mm twinwall so 300mm twinwall works well and isn't too expensive.

Im only draining agri land, do I need to bother with seals in the joints?

We don't bother and haven't had any issues.
