I am looking to replace a pole barn which is 24 x 70 ft. Could maybe stretch to 75. I would like to change these dimensions but very much doubt I would get permission to do so, so am probably stuck with this. I could erect myself but would consider erection if price was right. Would want concrete infill on 3 sides, Yorkshire boarding from there to eaves, open fronted.
So how much would it cost? I would want it to be about 12 ft to the eaves, how high would the apex be?

This is our effort so far at a pole barn for machinery storage. It'll be 58x32 when it's finished. Total Materials cost is a shade under £2000

24 x 75 x 12 Agricultural Structure for you to erect would be around £8,000.00 with panels around £2,000.00.
Hope this helps.

Overheads, margin plus other factors.

You can state you own spec so you know they will all be the same and call 5 different companies and you will get 5 different prices. Same as when you call a hedgecutting contractor, they will all be different if you show them all the same 5 fields.

254 x 146 ub stans same rafters no gable posts with 10no, lines of purlins raw materials costs including labour to fabricate at cost £7,598.00 If you can get one for £7,500.00 I would go for it.

It comes with 12 lines of 175-1.6 z purlins and 2 lines of 9x3 timber eves beams. No bolts tho !, but I've priced all them up including cones and foundation bolts at just under £400.
