Hang on I'll just look in my toolbox. Might have one with my fuse wire card somewhere. No now I remember, it's with my fencer(need a good current to deter unwanted guests!

Yes, I tried TW but they didn't have one, helpful people though.
My breaker is an ABB SACE type and, wouldn't you know it, the one I have wasn't very common with a motorised breaker.

Slatters at blaydon, srs at worksop( ring him as web not always up to date) wilrose electrical, another one Leeds Huddersfield but can't remember name.

I know Slatters have been asked already as have ABB.
I am in touch with a company at Liverpool who, as it happens have an Italian/English speaking employee.
They are going to ask the Italian factory (none speak english) if they have any of the motors we need.
All I am after is the geared motor that goes inside the breaker so that it can be controlled remotely rather than manually.
My SACE breaker is the largest one of that range the S8.

Thanks for that, it is similar but there is no reference to whether it is motorised.
The company that is selling it may be worth a call on Monday though.

I e-mailed the seller of the dearer one and he says it fits but it is a different part number to the one it should be.
I will speak to an 'expert' tomorrow.

A company located a motor in America but it came to light that another part was also needed and even then the time taken to open/close the circuit might not have been as quick as required so we decided to order a new unit.
