With Low pressure close to the UK expect a wet morning over most of the UK. The heaviest rain in southern Scotland, northern England, the Midlands, eastern and southern England. The weather may become drier for a time in parts of eastern Wales but I'm expecting further heavy rain to reach the west later, it's going to be a Windy day with the strongest gusts in the east.
More rain in western England and Wales with the risk of some heavy rain for northern and western Scotland too you even hear a clap or two of thunder. High of 15C/59F
