As in never happens?
My house rental was B Gas for electric as it had a "sender" near the meter for the internal usage display branded British gas, when i bought it I rang and emailed them... response... "we have never supplied that house and the house does not exist despite your photos".... well I tried....., printed off relevant emails for future discussions... happy tenant though!

Had the same with a house we bought. Electric was on British Gas key meter but gas on an old analog meter. house had been empty a long time after owner passed away and lawyers/ bank were selling house with lot of work needed on it. Any how, got plumber to look at boiler and got it going. We took about 6 months to get the work done and at the end gave BG a ring. Oh, that meter is not registered to any one. We can get it moved over but will take a while. You can enjoy free gas till that happens sir:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

If we’d have known would of left the heating on for the six months to warm and dry the house out and forgotten to phone them....

Update
sparky onsite today got 3ph to building.
Standard 3ph db doesn't have a rcd , i hadn't realised.
Were discussing either one enclosure to house rcd for each line to my 5 pin 32a switched socket , so one rcd per radial or bit more money a combined enclosure with a trip for each socket ,??
Thinking of having the latter.
Gone 5 pin 32 hoping to b future proof 🙏
Initially 4 sockets .
Rcd seems wise if im buying old shite 🤔
