300 acre combine 40k

Been keeping an eye out for a replacement combine, something capable of 35 acres or so a day, had been hoping for another New Holland a TX 64 or 65 plus but they seem almost impossible to find. Would I be as well off putting the finance out over longer and try to find a CX or are there any other 5 walker alternatives for 35-40k Deutz is the only other dealer with good back up near me, Claas is a 3hr round trip away.

We had a NH TC5070 15' which could manage 35 acres in a day, was very cheap to run and our 2009 model sold for 45k after 10 years service. Now have a CX 5090 which is more capable but more expensive to run. The TC was incredibly cheap to run and easy to maintain.
Deutz not a bad choice but no experience of them myself.

What about a nice TX66

Best of luck!

I would consider a good 66, a friend has one and I always thought it was tidy enough until I saw it beside a 5 walker, still wouldn't rule it out though. That one has been advertised quite a while which never encourages me. You have a dinger of a combine now.

This guy has some nice combines in at the minute.https://www.dhamiltonmachinery.co.uk/stock.php?cid=2&name=combines. I bought a nice tx66 from a guy off the farming forum last year but Hamilton's 66 is the tidiest I've seen yet, he has other combines which look clean too
