I'd rather take the 37 today than the -18 we had a couple of winters back!!

Sweating is also good for weight loss too - not that I have any to loose though!

Where are you today? Seemed hot here earlier when finishing off yard work, could feel it burning.

I hoped so too, but I think the ice creams I've eaten to keep cool are not helping.

Couldn't the weather forcasters give an estimate for temperature in the sun in the same way as they give a wind chill factor when it is cold.

I have 3 box load of sheep to move. Going to shift some later on this evening, during the day it is just too hot.

A colleague did consider taking his laptop and sitting in a tractor to work today. He reckons the air conditioning in there is better

I'm the opposite prefer cold than hot,you can always put another layer on in the cold.

14 out here and foggy 18 yesterday mid summer our woolshed gets up around high 30's low 40 and we are working in it no air con just a 5hity 5 dollar fan

in the papers here big head lines UK cooks in 31 /32 degree heat

hottest day i worked in ozzie 43 degrees in the shade beers good on those days
