50 nearly new NH tractors for sale

I see euro auctions have 50 nearly new NH tractors for auction next week with no reserve , where are these out of , or are some dealers in trouble , there could be a bargain to be had , or could this create more trouble for dealers with a lot of stock on hand

They'll have a reserve just the same or a couple of disguised bidders to assist the auctioneer run them up!!! They're hardly goning to sell them for £30k a piece are they!!!

These are the ex hire c & o tractor fleet? There's about 500 of them or something silly like that.

They are ex Langmead hire tractors (C&O look after the fleet), none have Warranty.

Not true. They are genuinely unreserved and it is fairly rigorously enforced.
They will struggle to make 50% of retail value (whatever that is)

As they have shipped them to Leeds i doubt they want them back.

Langmead hire 200ish tractors per year from NH, so every year the second hand ones must be sold.

Wonder if they are serviced at all? there used to be a large farmer here who didnt do anything other than top up fluids as they would run to 1000 hours without issue and then they were sold. They may even have bought them without warranty.

Yes I believe very genuine tractors in off local farm condition can be sourced from there

Yes but the thing is would you like to buy a nice looking low houred tractor that hasnt seen a grease gun let alone a filter change?

I worked for langmeads in Kent in 2011 as you say they were all serviced on site by c&o tractors which I think David Langmead also has or had a part in aswell. Some of them would have been driven hard by less than qualified drivers but should still be a right good buy.

How would the numbers run on these? How much would C&O make from hire?

I'd assume they got a massive discount from CNH for ordering so many in the first place...so even if they sold for 1/2 of retail they'd be quids in. Yes?
