Got 3.5t of Wheat seed left and only a 7ha field I have any chance of travelling on this week.

Its over wintered seed so germination and vigour perhaps a bit down, no harm in 500kg/ha given the likely poor germination/establishment etc?

Stick it in and when it is too thick transplant it please into two fields following beans aside the A52 near Donington. I can send you exact location once plants are at two leaf stage and ready for transplant. I would give for something too thick rather than slug ravaged as I saw this evening. Some of you folk are far to fussy :)

Home grown? Dressed? How was it stored??

Yes home grown, cleaned and dressed by local seed cleaning contractors. Stored in the 500kg bags in a closed shed on pallets so bags not on concrete floor.
Seed cleaners always test for moisture content before cleaning and dressing and it was under 15% at treatment.
