Yes I not knocking any brand of tractor but the JD 155R autopower demo seemed gutless compared to my MF 7618vt just put it down to the only having 90hrs on the clock.

Know of a contractor who just bought one .One of his drivers reckons its gutless uses so much power on autopower or vario whatever they call it .He says there 140r goes better on drill.

I've got 1 that's so bad it can't even maintain 540 at the shaft with a fert spreader on!!

We've still got our 6930 and it will run rings round it. It's definitely sluggish on the road compared to the 69 but on pto work it's shocking at least 4 kmh slower with a 3m combi drill on! They've got it so all it does is rev and slows the forward speed down when drilling we worked out if you limited the engine to 1850 it went 2/3k faster than when running flat out.

JD have admitted they have a software problem between the engine and gearbox and are working on a solution.

When we first got an autopower we still had a power quad as well and the autopower was everything bit as good but I always put it down to the engine revs are always high and the newer engines need to be at high revs to get the power out of them. But these latest ones are really pish poor! :poop:

So nothing has changed in 3 years after we had a 6150r and sent it back under Argos warranty all the same symptoms and people still keep buying them :)
