6610 value ?

hi im looking to put a value on this 6610
1983 5000hrs
new front axle & steering bushes
new front wheels and tyres
rear wheels shot blasted & powder coated
new roof lining & window rubbers
h pattern g/box
been resprayed inside and out
weight carrier & weights

2wd column shift gearbox and turf tyres make it un-desirable to a lot of folk. I personally wouldn’t want it for any more than 5 or 6k

I would rather pay 10k for a floor stick 6600 with proper wheels

Them Nokia road tyres are worth a few quid, their about £1700 each new !

Wrong stickers on the bonnet surely? I'm sure they should be white on blue like the ops one. Also wouldn't be a series 11 with a bubble cab.
