8000 square foot Building

Hi have a modern clear span building approx 8000 sq foot.

Located in a rural setting, 3 miles from the main road. Can get lorry's in and an artic but not ideal and in all honesty the 3 miles of road off the main road are poor.

What can we do with it???

Do you want to run a new enterprise yourself or just let it? Car storage?

Thinking of a new enterprise to run ourselves.

Yes have thought of car storage, what sort of demand is there in general do you think?

North Wales, 5 miles off the dual carriageway, then straight onto a A road but the last 3 miles let's it down on the country lanes.

Don't get me wrong, were ok on them and delivery driver's that tend to do farm work, but do tend to get hassle from the A to Be motorway wagon driver's.

Would ideally want something we could do most of the transport and not pulling in everybody from everywhere
