Hope this is the right place!

My Dad's retiring soon and we're looking to get rid of our main workshop:

370m^2 (4000 sq. ft.) floor area, 24.3m span, 6.8m ridge height.

4 No. Steel Spans (5m bays)

In Ditherington, Shrewsbury.

It's covered in asbestos cement sheeting, but as we need to clear the rest of the site we'd end up disposing of the stuff.

Judging by the comments on the forum £4000 looks to be a sensible asking price.

Cheers,
Alex

We'll need to dispose of the asbestos (there's a lot on site), however I believe it's not notifiable as it's cement sheeting (chrysotile). Was hoping a 40 yd skip + liner would do the trick...

I would be interested in quotes for dismantling, definitely!

I was hoping the buyer would take care of dismantling / taking away, but it's up for negotiation.

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
