AB15 timeline

Hi
Another question that is vague as anything regarding CSS. Option AB15 two year legume fallow.
Now we will not have heard if we are accepted for the scheme before autumn planting so we cannot sow the crop this autumn. So we establish the crop sept 20 and run for two years then repeat in another field for two years. Now my maths makes that four years and you are supposed to have the stated quantity running for all five years of the agreement.
My local NE contact cant work this out either so has anyone got a definitive answer as my instinct is to sow it sept 20 as logic dictates but it seems the powers that be are not working to the same reality as us.

You are correct, you get 5 years payment for 4 years of fallow.

I think if you cannot sow by 1st Sept this year, sow in the window next spring. We got ours in last year because of the earliness of harvest.

You have the first 12 months to establish any options under CS.

I'm 18 months into my CS scheme & I still haven't formally agreed everything with NE/RPA!
