Are there any under SFI or are they in the ‘new options’ soon to be announced, can’t find any info, permissive access in particular

its in the options for 2024, the details of which will be released at some unknown time later this year.

How can you provide and maintain or upgrade for those numbers

No way I would do it, but NT and the like will claim it in all their rewilded rubbish

i would use it where people already walk without permission that is impossible to stop
1.5 m wide by 100 m 77 is about 5000 a ha per year

it would be mores cost effective for society to realign the footpaths so that all the little used and defunct ones are removed and replaced with ones that people could access

3/4 of my foot paths are of no use due to crossing major roads
i could easly have a few loop paths that would get used instead of some that go to a dead end

the network is still in the 18 century in a 21st century world
