Accessing bcms

Hello

Tried to access bcms for first time in a couple of weeks.

Usual log in procedure until i was advised to use a code on my govgaTE app.

no such app on my 'phone.. or in the store (android)

No help on line..

in desperation installed HMRC app.. used log on details

atempted to generate code...this service not supported...

Why the fudge they had to tinker with this again is beyond me.

I can access my other 2 gov gateway accounts but not the bcms...

Before i waste half a day calling the lovely but hard pressed folk on the cts help line anyone got some ideas?

If I haven't been on for abit it tells me I need to enter a 6 digit code which is automatically texted to my phone

Yeah. That's now stopped for me...got to get a code from app now..

Working ok for me, just tried it
There was a warning on the login page saying that they were going to stop supporting some of the older web browsers.
So maybe thats the problem

They save my "code" for 7 days after I've used it . After that I get a new 6 digit code within seconds of logging in , enter that , and I'm away again for another 7 days . Seems to work OK for me , and I log in at least twice , sometimes 3 times a week.
