Accord df2 front hopper

Accord hopper blowing fertiliser out of the back of the metering unit,belongs to a mat that isn't on the farming forum he just wondered if anyone else had this, it's coming from around the back in the picture, it's a hydraulic driven fan, what speed should the fan be running at.

4300-4500rpm get him to check the cone of the Venturi isn’t warn or there isn’t a blockage creating back pressure therefore the fert is taking the path of least resistance and coming out the side.

The Venturi are new and there’s no blockage , fan is running 4250 rpm

Back pressure along the line somewhere to the coulters
is fert coming out of coulters even

I cut a bit of matting to fit tight around the venturi above the stainless box the fert is dropped into, makes a fair improvement but this year's dust origin fert and damp conditions were a challenge.
