Achilles Tendons!

Having followed all the comparisons of the best wellington boots available, I have been using Bekinas for about a year.
They are lightweight and comfortable, but I have big issues with both Achilles’ tendons, I just wondered if this had happened to anyone else? I cannot understand why this has suddenly occurred! Very grateful for any feedback!

My wife has just been diagnosed with achilles tendon issues and it has come out of the blue. No obvious reason for it but she does like to call it a 'sport's injury' when someone asks. :ROFLMAO:

She went to see someone about it on Monday and was taped up. I took delivery of K-Tape this morning from Amazon. I chose one really bright yellow and another in bright blue so her leg will look artistic.
Oddly, she has been advised to wear block-heal shoes to slightly raise her heels as well as to use the stretchy K-Tape.
I suspect that I've got something similar and probably just as good in stock for the cows. The advantage of that is that cows are eligible for VAT and tax relief.

Far too early to speak from any real experience of all this yet.

Consult your GP and get some physio advice and quick before one snaps . I had one go and it's excruciating, totally debilitating and the recovery eriod is 12-16 weeks easy

Using the stairs to flex and strengthen them is a must
