there are 14 ad's in the process of being built in hereford and worcestershire currently

i feel for any one farming in the locality to one of these as most of them are relying on maize and with as much as £500 an acre profit on using it as a feed stuff for them , i can see rents around them rocketing to near £300 an acre

I disagree, I think you'll see rents that will use the full £500 profit. At least it seems the current trend is to give the entire profit to the landlord regardless.
 
My twopenneth. You are growing a crop that ultimately receives a subsidy from the taxpayer. Is there not something about double payments from the RPA. you are also growing an industrial crop, not food,, so will agricultural reliefs not apply to that land. Whole can of worms opening up.
