Advice on rim/tyre size

Hi got a set of Nokians on the tractor just now and wanting to buy a set agri rims and tyres for the rear and continue to keep the Nokians on the front.
Rears are 540/80/38 and the side walls say equivalent to 20.8 r38
what size could I put on l,was wanting a bit wider than 20.8’s remembering I’m looking for rims too.

650/65r38
710/60r38
800/65r32
1050/50r32
Are all suitable replacements for 20.8r38.

20 inch is the usual recommendation for 650/65r38
