ADVICE SOUGHT ON A " CHICKEN WAGON "!

Hello everyone. We are thinking of getting someone to build us a mobile Chicken Coop Trailer on wheels which moves around the fields. Have seen them in Auz & USA on YouTube.
Has anyone heard of one & do you think we'll encounter the wrath of the Planners. ( Note that our neighbours called Enforcement on Friday about the wall we were building from Sleepers!)
