Depends how many cubicles your doing.
We bought a second hand one probably 7 years ago. It does the job.
Now needing new bearings on shafts.
Yes they are expensive but with care should last.

Thinking of one here aswel, they were around 1800 last year. The flingk looks a decent machine but think they are over 3 grand new, currently just spread it out a bag should be able to save some aswell with the machine, 5 - 6 bags a day usually.

It throws it to near front of cubicle mat, with most falling at back where it is needed.
I spread just under 1 bag per day so for 3-4 I would be getting one asap😀
