who is responsible for repair and maintenance of the following ,would it be the land owner or the tenant : hedges,gates, fences ,ditches, drains ,stiles ect any ideas thanks

In our experience all would be yours to do apart from drains.

The only issue on drains would be if you installed them or the LL , if the LL installed they would have to keep together BUT if you have a clever 'tim nice but dim' tweed type come out he will argue the point if it's a
repair or a replacement of the drainage system.

I think if it's a repair you might have to pay a percentage or if it's a replacement you don't , or it was on our tenancy but read up your tenancy as it will state what's what
