AHDB ration calculator problem

Just wanted to check some rations and downloaded the AHDB one. However, I can't seem to get it to work, put the ration in and it comes back with Err 509 in the ration composition box. Does it only work with Excel and not Open Office or am I missing something?

Is it because you have a French IP address and AHDB know that you won’t have contributed any levies to pay for it?
