I know someone who has one of these for sale, thought to be brand new never used, just been in a damp box!

Do not touch if the box was damp, good chance the bottom is gone. You could test for liquid level (if it has nitrogen in it) measure and check in 4 weeks, do not open or move in between. If it drops too much leave well alone. The potential cost of contents won't compare to the price of a new tank and UFU insurance won't look at anything but new.

I can assure you the bottom is sound, I used damp as a phrase!

could do with the straw canisters out of it, mines got to an age where the tabs at the top keep snapping off, down to 3 now.
