Just seen this, yes I've checked the bloody plate cooler and cluster flush and wish I hadn't. Fpd went down to 509 from 511, 2 cows (including my best one) have got mastitis and my cell count has gone from 85 to 254
When we were struggling it was the cluster flush, found some dodgy valves and consistently up at 518 now, shame it hasn't solved your problem
