It's now attached by cable ties.

We had someone here not long ago, he was terrified to walk on the slats, and wouldn't go in the shed at all. I dread to think of what's been lost under there, luckily no phones (yet) but I did lose a wireless earphone, of course it was the one of the pair which worked.

And because it's supposed to be a photo thread ... @Jdunn55 isn't the only one sneaking in a few pedigrees.
Welcome to the dark Side 😈😈 you'll be hiho and travelling far and wide showing and spinning money away on classifications before you know it 😂

Happy as Larry! Can anyone remember what month it is? Seems more like September than January!

Excuse the dust haven't had a chance to wipe the paperwork this week, any ideas why this has started blowing apart during washing down? Do I just need a new rubber joiner? It's driving me crazy!

buy a new joiner, not off the firm that billed you a £100, if that doesn't work, x2 jubilee clips,

Or ask for one for free as way of settling the matter.

they look happy and well.
l have oceans of grass, but to early to turn out on our ground, but definitely the downward path to turnout.
its been a funny old winter, very benign to farmers, lets hope it hasn't got a sting in its tail.

Daughter already keen on her calf shows, but I draw the line at showing cows. I'm NOT going down that rabbit hole.

Ask me again in 2 years it may be a different story by then 🤣🤣🤣

I keep telling her dad at least it's not ponies!!

Today's heart in mouth moment... I have a q bed machine to clean the cubicles, I bring it in the far end of the shed while I send the cows in and scrape the cross walks. I also have a little heifer living with the cows that doesn't go in the parlour, she's quite tame and mooches around the shed while I clean. I got the cows out and came back to start up the machine, no key. She had pulled it out of the ignition and it was lying on the slats 😳 an inch away from disappearing forever!! A job for later is to locate the spare key.
We've had the heifers at grass pull the key out of the quad bike by its leather fob before now, until we learned it was easier to put it in our pocket.

Slightly different, worming cattle with a syringe, quite a diverse bunch, so all going over the scales. Sat bottle of wormer with syringe stuck on top down on the ground while I altered something on the crush. Turned round, no syringe. Cow had it vertical in its mouth😱 needle sticking in the roof of its mouth. Never been so relieved to see a good syringe and needle drip in the sh!t.
