Bluemax premium have you heard of it? Get it from birches in Dumfries cell count hasn't been above 200 since last September i would really recommend it if anyone's having problems
I appreciate you admit to having problems ,but a product that expensive , I hope when you say not been over 200 you mean much lower than 200

I don't know what you mean? I admit we have as many problems on any other dairy farm but mastitis isn't one of them, yes cell count probably averaged 130 since last September. I got a case of mastitis on the 6th December, and before that case I think it was 2 months before that we had a case, I can't remember. I know what it's like getting mastitis, and it's demoralising. I don't mean to be condescending, im only trying to help someone who could have problems, you might not have problems but the best dairy farms in the country go through mastitis problems

You may have environmental bugs etc that require a good kill from your teat dip , but I question the cost of yours compared to cheaper alternatives that others are very pleased with

Slow down, deep breathe, relax. Too many busy fools in the world already, get better before you get bigger.

Does anyone else use a chlorine dioxide based dip?!? So all these comparisons on price and the mocking of the supercow for paying too much for his teat dip has all been for nothing ?!?

Much grazing happening yet?

Not much chance of they just yet. We've had 9 inches of rain now since Christmas. This time last year we had the first round of urea on a week ago, now we'll need two dry weeks before we'd think about putting a tractor in a field.

This scene may look semi tropical with palm trees but it's still pi$$ing down and it's about 100yds from the end of your grazing block on the other farm.
