Alpego jet m can’t meter osr

Anyone using a jet-m to drill osr ours is useless we’ve had it 4-5 years and tried everything even had the main rep out and it’s still rubbish it just can’t meter the stuff properly. The main rep even tried and drilled a bag out in 3 passes has anyone else had issues

We have a 1 seems very accurate at rape and all things going through it. Have you the small roller in and changed the cogs on the feed roller shaft

Everything we’ve bought every roller they have even the main alpego rep couldnt work it out
