Amazone cayena Drill

I brought a amazone cayena dill for low disturbance with discs in front but are having trouble with it leaving gaps in the row.
Does anybody have any solutions?

What do you mean by gaps? Seed bunching then a gap? How even is the seed depth? Unless you have very level ground, I found depth control to be very poor on these as they are fixed tines. Are the legs tripping back in work?

If your legs are tripping they will leave thick and thin patches along the row. If they are not tripping it could be something like uneven seeding depth. Is it the whole width or just one or two coulters?

Just one or two coulters not always the same coulters
When I got the drill the dealer cut out a slot in the back of each Coulter

Sounds like it’s the coulters tripping back causing an increase in rate then as they spring forward a lower rate for that short distance.

yes I would agree but there is no bunching of seed, so don't think its that. I cant work it out.

Build up of seed dressing in the distribution head?

I cleaned that before we started drilling spring Barely and checked at the end we have drill 120Ha and it was clean

Fan speed too low? Has it the air bleed valves yokes ?

Fan speed is running at 3900rpm witch is what the manufacturer recommends for 6meter drill
