Amazone ux 3200 pressure

Help needed amazone ux 3200 having problems with too much pressure when spraying, spraying at 10km/hr at 200lt/ha and getting 7-8 bar pressure and then over 9 while turning on headlands. I've checked everything I can think off but need assistance

Section seals, remove hose on return to tank, switch on spraying an start pump. If any water comes out you no there away.

What nozzles are you using?

Well baz I done what you said and only a slight trickle of water is been returned to the tank while the sprayer was pumping at nearly 6 bar. I may start looking into new seals.


I'm using 05 nozzles at the moment

Did you check all the filters?

Also worth checking the flowmeter(s). When was the last time it worked ok?

When going at 8bar, did it spray the right amount of chemicals?

Ok. Next do a jug test and see if it is correct. If not do a flow meter calibration and see. As said above check nozzle filters ect.
