Has anyone refurbished one of these rollers? Some of the rubber rings and plastic spacers need to be replaced. Is it difficult to get them off? And expensive?

Quite time consuming and awkward but possible, no idea of price but my tip would be to get a bucket of tyre slip and brush it onto roller to help the old rings slide off and the new ones on, they will be a tight fit so will probably need to knock each one off and on with a block of wood and a hammer, IIRC there's a right way and wrong way to put them on so make sure you lay them out a certain way to put back on, or it might've just been the way some of mine were worn [emoji57] something to do with the lip of the rubber fitting to the plastic ring, you might need to get some threaded rod to screw the end plate back on until you can get the allen studs back in

Bloody expensive, replaced a set of the orange plastics once on a 3meter think they were about £22
Next time we had some of the rubber wedge come open and split apart, think these were well over £100 each. I know it was going to be about £4500 to fully rebuild it, had a word with Amazone and they sourced us a whole new unused packer complete with bearings, brackets etc for about £2200
