I'd guess a lot!!!! I bought a second hand one on Ebay for a few quid to put on mine but it was the wrong hand so I ended up swapping the guts out of the "new" one into my housing, it was the bevel gear that was bad on mine.

If it's just the bearings they're straight forward to change and are readily available from any bearing shop.

did the centre one on our ultra profi s about six years ago,was 470 new at that time, complete as the casing was shot.have since then rebuilt the right angle boxes too, amazone do a kit with all the shims etc for those, not sure but think about eighty quid per side and i had a chap help me build them up as wasnt that confident of getting the lash in the gears set correctly although the kit actually contained detailed instructions when it came but id already asked for help.triggers broom our spreader!
