Anyone had an AMC refund due to over charging of redemption fee's. They had my money for 6 years before admitting that they had made an error, my issue is that because it was over 6 years the refund is now taxable, as well of the fact that they had my money for 6 years, been trying to get compensation out of them but struggling, does anyone know where I can get help bringing a bank to order, The missing money was £40k

There was a guy called Simon Jaquiss from a company called QA legal having a go at the AMC, and I have a feeling he was successful for someone on here.
I tried, but was unsuccessful, I got a letter saying that because the AMC were operating outside the Financial regulations when my loan was taken they could do what they want.
