Amount of land available TO LET but not advertised

So what price would be silly ,

To be precise ..... £385/ac and I keep SFP. This would have to be on an annual 9.5 month license but the agreement would be for 3 yrs. all soils tested at the tenants cost going in and all tested at the beginning of year 3 and then corrected if any massive deviations had occurred. I would give the tenant first refusal on compost for the land at a very favourable rate as well. The rent would include a 800t batch drying store, a chemical store, a water and liquid fert tank.

This would be rent for combinable crops and grass. I would want a rent top up for maize and any root crops and then they would be responsible for all cross compliance and hedging and I would look after drainage and ditching.

;-)

4 blocks and cash in legal tender please ;)

And in fact I'll do a deal on the current crops in the ground as there ALL going to do 4t/acre so you could take them on for lets say another £450/ac as a 'one off' from today onwards. If we did a deal for the £385/ac and I keep the sfp for the 3 years and then you take the current crops on for another £450/ac for this year, I'll tell you what I'll do ....... and thats throw in the use of part hired brand new Lex 770tt with 10.5m header. All you would need to do is fuel, insure, drive and maintain, but I'll stand the hire charge for this season only ;)

p.s. you could possible use the 770 on some of your own existing crops for a small hire charge as the above deal is only for use on the land you rent off me.......
