I did look at a skid steer from him once, looked into the air filter box, no inner no outer, nothing.

Top man sells machinery he gets from sales or offered from the main dealers etc etc so it is sold as it is when it comes in, he doesn’t “improve it“ in any way so you don‘t need to worry about fresh paint or dash shine etc etc.
