Hi im a 48yr old mature bloke, looking for permission to metal detect in my area...Im based nr Mansfield NG20 area, I seem ho be in the middle of Chatsworth let farms, does anyone have land ownership local to me that they may be willing to give permission to detect on ?
Ive got my NCMD membership, so have full liability insurance, and it goes without saying Id look after the land if any holes were dug , and all finds of interest reported as per guudelines,
Im genuinely interested in local history and am as happy digging up a buckle as a coin!
More than happy to pop over up and chat so you can see what Im like before commiting to permission.
Similarly anyone already with permission who could point me in the right direction, ? Like I say Im a decent person,and love the history .
