Any ideas how to cure this oil leak? MF6290

I am trying to stop a weep from the union with a "lock nut"
It seems tight, but still drips.
Is there any gunk or tape like PTFE that will help?
(Under block, inside right hand rear wheel)

Maybe should be a bonded seal under the nut.

It's a recessed locknut with an O ring I think

The o ring on the union will have gone hard.
remove it and replace the o ring
