We have identified that your business may be affected by the 'Notification of Uncertain Tax Treatment' legislation which comes into effect from 1 April 2022. To help you to prepare for this HMRC would like to invite you to a live, interactive webinar.
Notification of Uncertain Tax Treatment by large business
This webinar will give an overview of the requirements and how customers can tell HMRC about their uncertainties under this new notification regime. Each webinar will last up to one hour.
We welcome attendance from agents acting on behalf of their clients, should you find this useful. Also, if you are an agent acting on behalf of a large business please forward this invitation to your clients.
To help customers prepare to meet their responsibilities, HMRC has also published technical guidance on GOV.UK. A recording of the webinar will also be made available.
Although there will be an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar, using the on-screen text box, we want to ensure that the most common questions are covered. If you have questions that you think are important to be answered, can you please email them to [email protected].
Yours faithfully
