I guess the temp processing the claim kept brain firmly disingauged.

Lack of telephone comms v disappointing, yet, sadly, not a surprise. Similar situation to an incorrect BPS reduction; again with no comms to an email appeal and no telephone update.

Doesn’t bode well for future schemes.

That's frustrating. You would think that ask for more information rather than just reject the claim.

Still waiting too. I heard that they are suppose to be releasing a second wave of the same grant soon but assume they need to clear outstanding payments before they can invite new applications.

Guess with BPS fiasco and similar delivery failures on HLS I have pretty low expectations!

Computer said no just repeated I need to correspond via email.

On the plus side, just had an email for photo evidence of crush!
