Anyone have recommendation for platform/pallet truck scales . For weighing ton bags on a pallet and bulk bins . 1 ton capacity.

Based in the uk , selling produce in ton bags so need something to weigh them . Don’t want to spend too much , looks like prices start at about 4-500 , but also dont want it to break . Any recommendations for something that is reasonable and reliable . Doesn’t need to be super accurate . Within a few kilos per bag would be fine .

If you are selling in weight, dont they need to be tested and certified? We have a pallet truck that had a weigher on it. It was pretty accurate.

I'm selling through a middleman and the produce will be rebagged on another farm with their own scales . If i was selling direct to the end customer then they would need to be the certified one , even though the scales won't be any more accurate , £ 100 extra for the stamp . I'd be a bit more bothered about buying uncertified straight from China or Ebay but this company looks pretty decent.
