I just got a notice flagged up on Facebook from Tayna batteries, who I have used several times before and would highly recommend.
Until tomorrow (15/9) they are offering 40% off Exide Tudor batteries if you enter the code EXTUDR at the checkout page.

In need of some fencer batteries before the winter, I've just ordered three 100Ah batteries at £47 each delivered (but +VAT). That'll do nicely.(y)

Which ones do you buy @neilo ? Are leisure batteries any better?

The 40% offer is only against the one brand of batteries (Exide Tudor), which aren't leisure ones. I've never used leisure batteries on fencers, I just religiously change them so the never get run right down. I bought the 100Ah ones, which is about the size I've always used to run a 2J fencer for 2-3 weeks.

I thought I was going mad til I realised you'd posted this in 2 places Neil! Thanks.
But have you crashed their site or do they just not want my money? Won't except my payment, tried 2 cards.
Will try calling in the morning.

Sorry @neilo I should of read it. Just ordered 2, I'm fed up with old ones running out within a few days.
