Anyone recognise these press wheels and arm?

Wheels are otico but I could do with the mounting arm. I suppose I could get one made if it came to it.

Lightweight wheels similar to that would make my TS drill a very good tool.
If you drill in the conditions that TS thrives on, you probably won't be rolling afterwards
