Anyone tried True Cut discs for the Carrier?

As the title says I am interested to know if anyone got any experience of the new True Cut discs for the Väderstad Carrier? I just demoed a Carrier with the ordinary discs and a Amazone Catros with + discs... the results were very impressive with the Catros but since they don't fit crossboards I still would prefer the Carrier if the True Cut discs does make a better work than the original discs when it comes to getting the machine down in the ground when it is a hard surface as well ad taking care of big amounts of straw.

I have been on the phone for prices on new discs for our carrier, there are the original 450mm discs with small scalops and then a more aggressive 470mm disc with larger scalops. Unsure which to go for at the moment and where to get them from? Spoke to Cambridge farm machinery and spaldings, are originals better wearing? Thanks

Go genuine. I've tried APMs non genuine ones. They're didn't fit and weren't even central. Half as much steel though they got sent straight back so I never found out how they would wear.

After last years demos I ended up buying a Carrier XL. And from what I learned from the demos I would absolutely go for the 470 mm original discs! They have superior "grip" in the stubble and mixes it in better imo.
