App for workers to book down work done

I’m an agri contractor, running more lads and machines year on year, I’m looking for a better way to record work done each day, my lads do job cards for the job done, time taken, fuel usage etc, there must be an app out there that can be used to cut paper trails and be linked to main computer , many thanks if Anyone can help cheers
