How long do RPA usually take to reply to email for hedgecutting derogation? Emailed them 2 weeks ago. No reply.

It depends on who is asking - if it is something that Natural England want, then it can be done over a weekend, anything else, then months.

Not sure where i'm going wrong. I cant get any response from that at all. Emailed them 3 times now. Have to give them a call I think

Doesn't normally take long. Did you put in all the details correctly? One year I didn't get a quick reply, looked at my email and realised that I hadn't given all the required details, so I did it again and the reply came back quickly.
